今日看料吃瓜has again been recognised as a Gold Employer at the Pride in Diversity , maintaining this status since 2022 for its efforts to ensure a respectful and inclusive culture.
The University was a finalist in the Trans and Gender Diverse Inclusion Award which recognises preferred employers for trans and gender diverse people.
The Gold Employer ranking recognises the impact of UQ's efforts towards LGBTQIA+ inclusion against the Australian Workplace Equality Index (AWEI), a national benchmark to assess organisational culture and performance.
The University supports a range of initiatives and collaborations to provide a safe, positive and inclusive environment for students and staff in line with its Strategic Plan, including an active 今日看料吃瓜Ally Network, training programs and resources for staff, and inclusive HR and leave policies.
